Established in 2017, RDC Bearing company was specialized in the design, research & development, production, manufacturing and sales of precision bearing parts. Our products cover forgings, machined parts, heat-treated parts and rough ground parts of various small or medium-sized types of bearing rings.

The company has two modern production bases, covering a total area of 50000 square meters and employing nearly 200 staff. The Linxi Forging Production Base has main production workshops for forging, annealing, machining, heat treatment, and mold parts processing; The Wuxi production base has main production workshops such as car processing and grinding.

Ridachang Bearing Company has a professional core team of process research and development technology. The company strictly controls material management, implements steel grade color code management and steel grade spectrum confirmation. There are currently four forging production lines equipped with advanced computer-controlled temperature measurement systems, which can achieve closed-loop temperature control, automatic low temperature and over temperature alarms, and three-way sorting. High precision thermal storage dual chamber natural gas furnace, with real-time monitoring and recording of furnace temperature. Configure a protective atmosphere isothermal spheroidization annealing furnace to achieve uniform spheroidization structure and ensure the hardness of forgings after annealing. Configuring a controllable atmosphere salt bath quenching line can achieve cryogenic treatment with a residual oxygen content of no more than 5%, significantly improving the toughness and wear resistance of the product. The company’s quality inspection center has high-precision imported testing and analysis instruments such as Leica metallographic microscope from Germany, Leitai thermometer from the United States, Niton handheld spectrometer from the United States, and Spike direct reading spectrometer from Germany, in order to strictly control product quality.

The company can produce multiple types of bearing ring forgings with outer diameters ranging from 80mm to 800mm. The production capacity can achieve 15000 tons/year of forgings, 2 million pieces/year of vehicle parts, and 8000 tons/year of heat-treated parts.

The company has technical and research and development capabilities and has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification. Since its establishment, Lidachang Bearing has continuously innovated and broken through, steadily improving its technological strength and service level. In 2021, we became a supplier of forgings and machined parts for the internationally renowned brand Timken, as well as a long-term supplier for well-known domestic enterprises such as TWB and TMB.
